Can they be filled with water while stacked to get a taller barrier?

We would like to stack them 3 tall to use as a temporary radiation barrier.

We have never attempted to stack the barriers while filled, so we couldn't give you a definitive answer of yes or no. Based on our experience, we recommend stacking the barriers only when empty to ensure safety and maintain the product's structural integrity.
