You can try to epoxy the flange of the plastic jersey barrier.
How do I repair or re-Seal the threaded 2” female plastic drain plug connection on the Jersey barrier? Drain Plug | Water-Filled Plastic Jersey Barriers
It is leaking and draining quickly. It appears the exterior glue or caulking seal broke, but the threaded receptacle appears to be in tact. It there an Interrior threaded flange or anything that secured it to the tank? Thank you VERY MUCH?
