Yes we can custom cut ropes to any length. Just choose the rope size just longer than what you would need. You can leave a message in the customer notes of the order "Finished Length of rope needs to be cut down to 29 inches including the rope ends". Keep in mind that you will want the rope to be about 6 to 10 inches longer than the opening. This will give the best appearance and not leave you with a taunt rope.
